Commons on 13th February if I will publish the proposals
now under consideration by Committee as mentioned in your
telegram. I consider it desirable that report of Committee
should be published in due course. I am inclined to reply
that the Committee's report with proposals mentioned will
be made public in due course. Telegraph whether you see any
objection. Has any official statement been published
locally outlining proposals referred to in terms of reference
If so, please telegraph general purport.
